Summer Appetizers

The new menu is rich in delicious appetizers. We particularly recommend beef tartare with pickled mushrooms, chanterelles, egg yolk, French mustard, spicy cherries, and chives. Fish lovers will surely enjoy salmon ceviche with lovage, strawberries, pickles, mango, and chili. For those who prefer meat dishes, we have prepared venison loin with raspberries, hazelnut mayonnaise, smoked herring roe, micro herbs, and parsley oil.

Refreshing Salads

The summer menu couldn't lack refreshing salads. We recommend the classic Caesar salad with grilled chicken and cherry tomatoes, as well as the salad with shrimp, avocado, mango, pomegranate seeds, cilantro, and sesame.

Exquisite Soups

Soups at the Sublima Restaurant are culinary masterpieces. We especially recommend the cauliflower cream with coconut milk, mango, cucumber, pomegranate seeds, and white chocolate for the ladies. Another interesting proposition is the sorrel cream with egg, potato puree, and bacon. Fish lovers will enjoy fish soup with sour cream and trout roe, as well as aromatic beef broth with ginger, vegetable dumplings, Wakame seaweed, bean sprouts, and shimeji mushrooms.

Varied Main Courses

The new menu also includes a wide range of main courses. Among the meat specialties, you'll find lamb shank with roasted cauliflower puree, red cabbage, black currants, apple, parsley oil, and au jus. The pork tenderloin with spinach sponge cake, mushrooms, puff pastry, pepper sauce, and seasonal vegetables is another dish that will surely delight you.

For fish lovers, we've prepared cod fillet in shrimp sauce with caramelized pineapple, wild broccoli, and polenta, as well as octopus with shrimp, roasted pepper and cilantro salsa, potatoes, and chorizo.

Kids Menu

We haven't forgotten about our youngest Guests. The new menu includes a special kids menu, where you can find among others chicken broth, tomato cream soup with pasta, pancakes, chicken strips, Neapolitan pasta, and fish sticks.
