Multi-functional hall with a plan of connected rectangles, between which there are 3 pillars. The layout of the room makes it possible to divide it into two non-separated parts, such as a lecture and workshop area. The left side of the room is lined with carpet, the right side has a platform and wooden floor Zelandia Hall can be used both as a conference and banquet hall, with the possibility of organizing evenings with music and dancing, combined with catering services. Possible conference settings: - Theater setting: up to 160 people - School setting: up to 80 people - Horseshoe arrangement (chairs on the outside): up to 50 persons We confirm other configurations upon request. Maximum number of persons in banquet setting (with an open dance floor): 125 persons Detailed information on the equipment of the Zelandia Hall: - The hall has access to sunlight and the possibility of complete blackout. - Air conditioning - 2 screens fixed on the wall (can be rolled up) + 2 projectors fixed under the ceiling (RGB, or HDMI connection). Good visibility of the screen from any part of the room - Sound system - Free wi-fi connection with standard bandwidth. The FIONIA Conference Hall is located on the second floor. The hall has an area of 40 m2 with a rectangular plan (without pillars), allows any configuration of tables and chairs, in the following range: - Theater setting: up to 35 people - School setting: up to 24 people - Horseshoe arrangement (chairs on the outside): up to 18 people Detailed information on the equipment of the FIONIA room: - Access to daylight - Wall-mounted screen (retractable) - Projector (RGB and HDMI connection) - Free wi-fi connection with standard bandwidth.
